Overuse injuries and young athletes



Times have changed and the game have changed. There was a time when I was young, that played sports from dawn to dusk and still have played other games, when it was night. We played baseball, basketball, waffle ball, soccer and other sports throughout the year. Unfortunately, in this day and young age of many athletes are advised to concentrate on one sport.When children play a sport that only tend to play that particular sport year round with very little downtime.
