Dental Health Tips-3rd part



It is important to note that all sources in the form of candy from sugar per se. It is an invitation to many forms of "hidden SUGARS". For example, the sugar in many fruits, such as POP and drinks that kids love to drink. It is sugar cookies, ketchup, breakfast cereals and chewing gum, bubble gum and cake icings. Because, in fact, have hidden sugars in breakfast cereals than any other food source that I can think of.

Sugar-coated breakfast cereals are an absolute dynamite children's teeth. If I could so that they are prohibited food on the shelves. Kids love these types of cereals, because they are sweet. But a combination of milk and cereals followed by a bad tooth brushing and flossing habits, is a dental disaster waiting to happen. Even in this type of eating dry grain is not much better. They will be very tough, and the teeth, creating quite a challenge to the child to clean properly. The worst thing you could ever do is give your child milk and cereal before bed and make, or help them to clean their teeth thoroughly.

The one thing I never get my three children had nothing to eat hard candy in the form of suckers, lifesavers, lollipops, taffy, jawbreakers, you name it. I made them to eat any kind of candy that they can chew and swallow quickly. The hard candies are lengthy time consuming and, therefore, have a serious impact rate of decay in the mouth. Chronic drinking soda, POP, and high sugar content of fruit drinks, is not recommended and should be avoided if possible.
