The mechanism by which milk teeth replaced by permanent teeth is important and is one of the best examples of natural intelligence. By age two on average, all twenty baby teeth should be present and visible in the mouth a child. As the permanent tooth develops after birth, it begins to move the chin toward the gum tissue and the baby tooth, it will eventually be replaced.

After erupting permanent tooth rubbing against just a baby tooth, it causes a progressive resorption or erosion, which just happen.
