Foot Care Tips for Healthy Feet



Our feet are probably the least more carefully the parts of our body and are expected to work in compliance with us for many miles throughout the year and there are some basic things you can do to keep them in good working order.

Most people ignore their feet until there is a problem or particularly for women, if they are changing shoes in the winter to summer sandals. This is the point where many of them will realize how their feet have been neglected in terms of dry skin, cracked heels, corns and calluses are concerned.

Many foot ailments are due to negligence or intentional abuse and the biggest culprit is footwear. Several patients have complained to me in the past about how they wish they had "heard her mother or grandmother about proper footwear and comfortable fit.

Many of these patients tell me how, in his youth, went to buy a pair of shoes more fashionable than they could pay as soon as they could (rejecting the 'boring' Startrite shoes) and now I regret it bitterly, especially if they are suffering with bunions and other long-term foot problems caused by high heels and pointy shoes.   1. The Health Insurance care system is on the verge of collapsing, a developing nation cannot progress if its citizens are not in a sound mental and physical health. It is high time that corrective measures are adopted and enforced in India.
